1st Generation: Former farmers Art and Shirley Kruse began the business and it will soon pass onto a third generation. Although Art passed away in 2010, the business has stayed in the family passed to his daughters and son-in laws.

 

2nd Generation: Two of Art's Daughters and Son-in-laws make up Generation 2. Jeanne and Ron Kalscheuer and Janet and Dale Meixner, who in 1975 joined as a beginner electrician. Ron, Jeanne, and Janet have since retired. Dale is semi-retired and still enjoys farm electrical.

3rd Generation: Dale and Janet's Daughter Jennifer has been a part of the company on and off since 2000 and son-in-law Steven since 2005. They along with the Meixner's Make up the current ownership of Art's
